1. Membership Payments
Subscription payments grant access to digital services and member benefits during the active billing period.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel anytime to avoid future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically generate refunds for past billing periods already used.
3. Refund Policy
Customers may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase by contacting hello@verboo.club.
Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle’s refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
After 14 days, payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
4. Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges
Verified duplicate or unauthorized charges will be reviewed and refunded where appropriate.
